Our promise
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Email hello@syloreawellness.co.uk with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
Changing your mind
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return it within a further 14 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, crèmes and polishes must be unopened and unused with seals intact; tools must be unused and in their original packaging.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery — no need to return the damaged item unless we ask. A photo speeds things up.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Outbound standard delivery is refunded when the whole order is returned.
TikTok Shop orders
Orders placed on TikTok Shop follow TikTok's returns process — start the return from your TikTok order page. The same 14-day change-of-mind window applies.
