About these terms

Orders & payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Purchases made through TikTok Shop are additionally subject to TikTok's terms of sale.
Pre-orders & waitlists
Pre-ordered items ship on or before the estimated date shown at checkout; we will email you if this changes, and you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Joining a waitlist creates no obligation to buy.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are given at checkout. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when payment is received in full.
